^^^^^ This .. I do 12 cups a day.. I fill my 1.5L bottle 4 times a day and make sure i drink it.. I am always thirsty though so I don't usually have any trouble...

I have pernicious anemia, unfortunately I don't really have any answers.. I was so low I didn't even register so started on a shot every other day for a week, then every other week and now monthly .. I find for me that the first couple of weeks after a shot I am pretty good and then it starts wearing off.. the last week or…

My husband and I got addicted in Season 1 and seasons 2, 3, and 4 got watched pretty quickly after that.. season 4 is insane!!!!

Thanks :o) I changed my diary so I can tell how much calcium I am getting in a day.. My doc wants me to stay away for some stomach issues.. I'm working on it, still low though

I drink soy.. but that doesn't give me enough.. maybe I should think about switching.. My doc started me on a lactose free diet to start with but i was still feeling blahh having lactose free products so went dairy free a month ago and feel great :o)

Hey :o) What kind of fortified foods do you eat? .. I have the same problem with protein, without having a protein shake or bar I usually don't have enough.. someone told me you can get dairy free protein powder though.. might be worth looking in to?

Starting weight - 222.5 Goal - 212 Plan - Keep tracking every day and making good choices. Continue 60mins of exercise 6 times a week. Hopefully it works like last month :o)

Finally had enough of feeling like crap and putting on pound after pound.. after some tests I found out I have an alergy to dairy so had to cut it out of my diet.. figured new year, new diet, new me and this time I don't really have a choice if I want to feel better... so far feeling 100 percent and have since bumped it up…
