Was at 239.9 down to 238. I want to lose 10lbs in the month of February. I work out 6 days a week twice a day equaling 45mins to an hour and a half. Pending kids and if they let me keep going or not lol0 -
I'm hoping that taking this challenge will help me finally break the 170 lbs mark. I've ranged from 172-178 for the past few years. I really want to get out of the obese category and breaking 170 will do it.0

I wold like to be included. However, I travel for a living so I have to weigh-in on Sundays before I leave town. Is it possible for me to give my Sunday weigh-ins. I can post it on Wed with everyone else. I totally understand if this doesn't work for you. Just let me know.
I am startinging at 157
I am doing Fire & Ice (This is a hybrid I made up that includes Turbo Fire, Insanity, and Chalean Extreme). Working out 6 days a week including 10,000 seps + 10 flights of stairs per day.
My goal is 153 by the end of the month. I learned not to get to aggressive with goals due to my travel schedule :-(0 -

Goal Weight (end of Feb.): 192 lbs
Plan: Gym 4-5 days per week, cardio 1 hr (burn 500 calories each workout), squats
Diet: 1400 net calories / day
switch to whole grains
focus on balanced nutrition from every food group

I just found out tht my chloesterol is high so this is perfect motivation to get my butt in gear & get tht taken care of!

Fitness Plan- 30 day shred & extra Cardio
Diet Plan- Avoid fried foods & high in fat foods. Eat more fruits & veggies

I'm in too! I weigh in on Mondays, but I will do a weigh in on Wednesday as well! My hubs and I are shooting for 5 lb monthly losses. So 5+ for Feb. I plan on starting P90 tomorrow as well. I also plan on trying to lower my sodium intake...0
