    Yay I am in!

    Starting weight now is 207 and I want to get to 190! Workout plan is: morning cardio daily and 3 evenings a week of strength training. Also, walking the dog for longer each day. Also, track food intake and eat healthy in a restricted calorie plan.

    I started yesterday after giving up on a different plan and gain two pounds since yesterday at my last weigh in so I need some motivation to do this, please add and I would love to join this! Hoping to lose 20-30ibs for this summer!

    Starting weight for the month 213- goal by the end of Feb. 199 (under 200!)
    Measurements (which I may only take a couple times throughout the month):
    Chest/Upper back- 43in
    Waist- 42 1/2 in
    hip- 49 1/2 in

    I've been eating much better and exercising more...I kinda got hurt this weekend so I have to take it easy this week to heal, but I'll still be working hard.

    I would love to join!

    I'm currently 223 and my goal is to lose 8 lbs this month. I have not been losing a lot of over the past few weeks and I think a challenge is just what I need to hold myself more accountable. I eat about 1700 calories a day and work out 5-6 days a week. I'll have to post my measurements on the 1st.

    Cardio 3-5 days a week
    Strength/Weights 4 days a week

    My goal is to drop 10 lbs and 1.5% body fat according to my instructor :wink:

    I currently weigh 195.8lbs, I workout everyday and I want to lose maybe 4 - 8lbs :)

    I am not exactly dieting just making healthy choices, I am also vegan so you can imagine what I do without lol
