    I just found out tht my chloesterol is high so this is perfect motivation to get my butt in gear & get tht taken care of!

    Starting Weight- 238
    Goal Weight- 228
    Fitness Plan- 30 day shred & extra Cardio
    Diet Plan- Avoid fried foods & high in fat foods. Eat more fruits & veggies

    I'm in. I weigh in on Wednesday's so will post then.

    Monthly goals are 8-10 lbs
    My plan do February is to eat a healthy breakfast and zumba 3x a week, strength training 2 x a week

    Yes I'm in. Currently weigh 134.6 lbs lb's want to get down to 122 - 125. Do cardio 4x's a week (Zumba)

    I'm in too! I weigh in on Mondays, but I will do a weigh in on Wednesday as well! My hubs and I are shooting for 5 lb monthly losses. So 5+ for Feb. I plan on starting P90 tomorrow as well. I also plan on trying to lower my sodium intake...

    I am definitely in. My starting weight is 259 and my Goal weight is 185. My Goal weight for the month of February is 247. I plan to exercise 4 times a week , eat more fruits and vegetables, eat healthy snacks, and limit fast food and sodas.

    Starting weight 100kg (220lbs), eating roughly 1400cal per day, exercising 4 times per week. Hoping to loose 6-8kg (13-17lbs)

    My CW is 140 lbs and i will repost on Wednesday with measurements.

    My Goals: Weigh 130 lbs, Jog 3x/week, tone all over, lose inches in thighs and butt.

    My diet plan is eating Paleo/Primal.

    I'm in! I've been having a hard time seeing results on a scale so this may help motivate me in a new way.
    My current weight is 198, my goal weight is 165. I would like to lose 10 pounds during the month of February.

    My calorie goal is 1200 a day before excercise, and I will be focusing on lower carb/sodium intake. I have been going to a zumba class 2 nights a week as well as atleast 2 nights of zumba for the wii. I also do strength and 1 mile on a treadmill twice a week. I recently started the 30 day shred, and will be continuing this throughout February as well.

    Starting Weight- 178lbs (I think. I need to weigh in the morning to be sure)
    Goal Weight- 168 by Feb 29th. 120lbs by Sept 1st.
    Fitness Plan- 30 day shred, pilates, & yoga.
    Diet Plan- I'm vegan but I plan on eating more raw foods and less vegan snacks.
