For those asking, I never had a strict regime, just stuck to 1200 calories strictly, some days I had less to bank more for the weekend. I ate and drank without logging for the weekend. I did some zumba but not much other exercise xx

No, no surgery or anything. Stretchmarks are still there, just barely visible now as they've gone white/clear. I did use bio-oil on the stretchmarks, but not religiously, just now and then. X

Thanks so much for all the lovely comments :) I've reached my limit with friends and MFP won't let me have any more, I'm not ignoring anyone! I just stuck to 1200 cals Monday to Friday, and on the weekend I ate/drank whatever I wanted (within reason) I did Zumba and Wii Fit, sit-ups and squats, nothing too much more than…

I didn't do a whole lot of exercise, some Zumba now and then but mostly just counted calories and stayed honest with it all. On weekends sometimes I'd just eat/drink what I wanted and not really keep track. Some weekends if I was particularly indulgent I would lower my daily calorie intake during the week to make up for…

I eat 1200 cal a day and have lost 86 pounds. Starvation mode is a myth. I did eat about 1500 for the first 40lbs lost and I reduced it then on MFPs recommendation and continued to lose. I've reached my target and have had no problem keeping the weight off. I find 1200 plenty for me
