    Woow well done I'm a new starter. At 238 my concerns are what kept u motivated and how the he'll did u manage to get rid of ur belly.. that's the one of the things I hate about my body.

    Could you summarise how you did this? What kind of exercise did you do and also did you need to go to the gym or were you able to do the necessary work at home?
