Hmmm, what a great questions. When I was in college, my roomate kept a picture of Kathy Ireland on her board. (I always thought that was kid of weird at the time- but now I totally get it!) For me it would be more like Carrie Underwood, thin, but solid.

Hi, I am Jacki. I have a 2 year old and a full time job (aside from my princess) and have found that morning workouts suit my schedule pretty well, though I confess, I dont make it every day! lol. Anyway, I have been really excited to get moving and take control. Finally a new Year resolusion that is paying off and will…

Sure! However, it is hard enough trying to figure out the balance of "moderation" when you are working on maintaining. I think it is way harder when you are working to lose. Though I still have a bite there and a nibble here (AND log it into mfp). My idea of moderation has changed drastically since I have began this…

Hello there- I made it to class this morning and remembered why I started morning workouts in the first place. Felt great all day and now ready to go home and see my family. Good luck. Tomorrow is a new day :)

I know if I get up early and do my workout, I will have more time at night to spend with my husband and 2 year old. That is my motivation. Though often it "sucks"- I am never upset that I did it. However, when I don't get the workout in, I do get frustrated that I didn't. Try to remember why you started the early morning…

When I was on WW, clearing the grease off of pizza was a "must" according to our leader. I say good for you! ~especially if it makes you feel better. (It seems much of this process is psychological anyway- at least for me!)

This happens. If you are really upset about it, you could do a lower cal dinner like a tuna sandwich or something. But dont beat yourself up about it... especially if you learned something from it.

As long as it isn't a regular thing- I think it should be fine. When I did weight watchers I used to "save" points all the time... and it was encouraged. Good luck!

I think it is definitely all connected... Feeling better about yourself translates in many ways.
