I just looked at your diary...I would suggest adding sugars to tracking. Do this by going to My Home > Settings > Nutrients Tracked (Then scroll for options) You can track up to five.

Do you have your macros set at 40/30/30? How many grams of protein have you been getting? I would suggest plain Greek yogurt (8 grams of sugar per cup), cottage cheese, eggs, protein powder and nut butters.

When I was buying flavored greek yogurt, I would take LIME and mix with wheat germ for an instant KEY LIME PIE. I also love a chocolate sugar free pudding cup with shaved raw almonds and unsweetened coconut for an ALMOND JOY! Make mock-deviled eggs with egg whites with hummus instead of the yoke.

I used the parchment paper with excellent results. I flipped it after 15 minutes and baked for another 15. I have a large pizza flipper from pampered chef (think the size of the pancake turner in the movie Uncle Buck, lol) and that worked really well.
