  • I like allrecipes.com because you can enter what you have in your kitchen and it will come up with recipes for those ingredients

cookinglight.com is great! If you have specific dietary needs, you can search for recipes accordingly (need lower sodium dishes, vegetarian, gluten free, etc... you'll find it!)

Plus they use real food in their recipes, for fancy meals to low budget and time saving dishes. They find healthier (and real) substitutes for food. A lot less focus on adding processed stuff to bump up the taste.

"bump" makes it so the thread shows up under "my topics" so you can easily refer to it again.

I've been collecting South Beach friendly recipes on my Pinterest page if anyone is interested, feel free to repin them. I haven't tried many of them but they look good. I tried the crockpot turkey breast last night--delicious.:

Best ever! I love using the rating system to figure out the best recipes before trying them out myself. Plus, the reviews make it easy to tweak the recipes to make them even better. yummmM!
