"Bump" is to comment in a thread to move the subject back up to the top. Or, you can also "bump" to bookmark a thread in order to find it again later by looking at "Your Topics".

I haven't seen any of these mentioned yet:
slenderkitchen (particularly good for those following Weight Watchers)
kalynskitchen.com (particularly good for those following the South Beach Diet)

Allrecipies.com has a portion of the site dedicated to healthy recipes, and they give the nutritional breakdown of every recipe on the site (it's not exact, but usually pretty close). The site allows you to save recipes to your recipe box. They are all recipes submitted by other site members, and they are rated on a five-star system. I always figure, if hundreds of people gave a recipe five stars, it must be pretty good. Plus, you can make and read comments on each recipe with tweaks that people have made to make it even better, or for a shortcut of some kind.

All of her recipes are vegan but you should try any of her "overnight oat" recipes!
