Thank you all for the replies!! I guess I should have clarified a bit more. I have been exercising at bed time because I’m too tired in the mornings. My issue is my weigh in day for WW is on Wednesday. I ALWAYS weigh more if I exercised the night before. I guess that’s why I’m asking. Is there any correlation to this or…

Thank you all for the insight! I think I'll stick to my walking for now and try to focus more on my eating, hopefully it will work itself all out!

Thank you for the reply! I'll try the planks and see how that goes! I'll check with surgeon about the elliptical, I would assume that would be ok.

Off and on a couple of years. The longest consistent time I did this was 2015-beginnung of 2016 and I lost 15 pounds However I was going through a marriage crisis and honestly not eating. I injured my back in April Last year and herniated some discs and had to have some injections and therapy. Since August, I've been back…

Thank you all for the replies! I know my food is right because I either eat prepackaged meals or I'm measuring (using scale and grams). I don't usually pay attention to the exercise calories and never eat those back. I'm wondering if it's something else metabolic (I am a type 1 diabetic)...sometimes too much insulin can…

Sorry yes most of my message was missing. I was saying most of what you read on weight loss says weight loss happens when you have less going in than going out essentially. I know that we need to eat healthy for an overall healthier lifestyle, but if it's simply in v. Out why does it matter WHAT kind of calories? I'm not…

Hello everyone! I am also a type 1, since I was 14. I'm 39 now so you can do the math. I've struggled with losing weight for years!! I'm currently on the transplant list for a pancreas, but not active pending weight loss so this is a big issue for me. My dad had a kidney and pancreas transplant a couple years ago. Please…

I too am a Type 1 diabetic (have been for 23 years)and this has been my biggest struggle in weight loss. I eat healthy low calorie and exercise only to get low blood sugars and have to eat more. ..even if the "more" is not a bag of cookies. Lol. For me protein is not what brings my blood sugar up, it may make me feel full…

I have only been exercising for about 3 months, so not sure if the shoes are worn out or not. I will try some different shoes/inserts first. I have noticed though that since being back from walking at lunch and having my other shoes on, I am having a LITTLE bit of pain now w/o the New Balance shoes on. Hopefully it's just…

I did really good with WW with their OLD program, but after they switched to the Points Plus, I got sick and tired of "free" fruit and couldn't eat another piece. haha I am having better luck with MFP, so far. Good luck!

I have zumba for the wii. I am so uncoordinated though I just feel like a fish flopping out of water. I can't seem to get the moves and feel stupid and like it is no benefit. Any suggestions?

MFP set mine at 1200 per day also, because I have a very sedentary life and want to lose 2 lbs per week. This is the first day I have actually struggled with that. I'm also a Type 1 diabetic so if I don't eat, I get low blood sugars and then I'm forced to eat. It's OK though...I'm making it :)

GREAT JOB!!! Good luck!
