30 Day Shred

I just started the 30 day shred tonight. What do I put that under on the cardio for exercise? Just want to make sure I'm accurately recording my calories burned.

  • some put it under circuit training, but someone on here had said they used their HRM and it was closer to aerobics. I hope that helped...Happy Losing!

    I've seen some people put it under aerobics. I used a heart rate monitor to measure my calories burned. For me it was quite low (150 calories), most people are a bit higher.

    I log the exercises under strength training, not counting the cardio at all (i guess that's where the HRM comes in). I used the link to find out the reps for each exercise:

    I add it as 20 mins of Curcuit general. GL I am on day 6 :-)
