30 Day Shred

I just started the 30 day shred tonight. What do I put that under on the cardio for exercise? Just want to make sure I'm accurately recording my calories burned.

some put it under circuit training, but someone on here had said they used their HRM and it was closer to aerobics. I hope that helped...Happy Losing!0

I've seen some people put it under aerobics. I used a heart rate monitor to measure my calories burned. For me it was quite low (150 calories), most people are a bit higher.0

I started it yesterday--waaaay harder than I expected! Have fun and try not to kill Jillian, lol. x0

I log the exercises under strength training, not counting the cardio at all (i guess that's where the HRM comes in). I used the link to find out the reps for each exercise:
