For our fourth anniversary (last year), my husband commisioned a 20" x 30" painting of his favorite wedding picture. The artist made it look bronzed and wrote the lyrics to the song we danced to in distressed ink behind it. So amazing. I'm a lucky girl.

You can use your body weight for weight training until you can figure out how to get weights. Wall sits, lunges, planks, deep squats.

Not always. I've been her size and never had an issue with cellulite or a pooch. Thick and healthy is different than thick and flabby.

5'11" and glad to see women weighin in at 170+ and looking amazing! I was always discouraged by everyone saying I should weigh 140. I've been there and that was WAY too thin! Just starting out but I'm looking forward to posting my own B&A next year!
