I hate mine! With size 6 feet and these huge calves I can't ever wear tall boots. In highschool when I used to lift daily they got so big that I got stretch marks. Super gross!

I think a small cheat is okay here and there but I try to make them still fit into my calories with a little extra exercise. A whole cheat day would totally throw me off track. I hate the cravings so its worth it to keep myself away from processed crap and refined sugar as much as possible.

Advance logging works way better for me. I can adjust all my portions before I have ate them allowing me to really ensure that my macronutient ratios are right on!

I suggest getting yourself an HRM if you don't have one. I used the circuit training numbers for 30DS and they were off by about 70 Calories. In otherworks MFP was totally over estimating my spend and I was eating my exercise calories back.

Take a look at all the years of research that Dr. Gerson has done. I am not saying a pill is the answer but if you have been eating total pesticide ridden crap for years I don't see how it can hurt.
