Thank you everyone for our suggestions. Working out on the weekends may be a good idea. Maybe a walk with my husband as an enjoyable activity. I am struggling with depression, so I will def check out the affirmation site.

You probably LIKE more healthy foods than you realize if you think about it. Check out Allrecipes online. Find some things you like, read the reviews and most often people who make comments offer ways to make even the most devilish dishes more healthy. They also list nutrition info. I feel like it every stinking day. So many people tell me I will learn to love exercise or become addicted to it. That just is not happening for me, ever. For about four months I worked out regularly at the gym, but always managed to work in a sauna bath afterwards (which was the only way you could get me to step into the…

I thought it was, but then it goes in phases. Everything about IBS is TMI. But it is on the constipation phase beyond the help of fiber. Too many days have gone by. I usually only treat with fiber then symptomatically with phenergan, laxatives, alka seltzer and imodium.

Of course, I would like the one with the most calories. Ah, cruel fate.

Wild caught fish is always the best, but I can say that from where I live I never have to buy fish. Farm raised fish are fed like you would feed your goldfish and do not have to 'work for a living'. There is a taste difference, but nutirtionally, I don't think so. The cheeks of halibut and salmon may have slightly more…
