I was only seeing 0.2 lbs lost and then nothing for the first few weeks (approx 20 days)...I was not impressed. But I kept with it and now I am starting to lose the weight 1-2 lbs a week (day 41 for me). I just started again this past weekend. I had lost 30 lbs doing Ideal Protein last year...kept it off for a little and then right back on. I did WW for 9 months...it's a good program - but in the last 9 months they changed (tweaked) their program twice. Not that it was hard. It was amazing to see those who had good results...there were a lot of people that came back because once they stopped - they gained it back. I'm also cheap and I have friends and family…
