This sounds fun. I am training for a half marathon, so this will help make sure I keep my training schedule. I am aiming for 106 kms for September.

I would love to track 5 pounds with you guys. I signed my mom up for a tough mudder and in return she signed me up for a half marathon right before Halloween. Losing 5 pounds would be a great help for both those events. Stats: Age: 38 (5'1) CW:150.8 GW: 145.8

The last couple of weeks I switched to a combination of two protein powders, one is a hemp protein in vanilla spice and the other is a vanilla rice protein. Seems to be working well and tasting better.

I use a vegetable based protein mix that I add to berry smoothies for breakfast. It is Sun Warrior Chocolate flavoured. It is low in sugar too. It doesn't taste that great but it improves with berries. It gives me energy that lasts too.

I am interested in your challenge. I have been picking away at P90x and not really following any kind of system. I am expecting the nutrition guide in the mail in the next couple of days and planning to get more serious :)
