Protein Shakes

I have been looking at getting Maxitone Sculptress Diet shake, do you think it is worth having or do you have any other recommendations, I'm in the UK so any suggestions should be great.

I've never been a fan of any of those 'liquid' diets- they aren't realistic and they aren't sustainable. Instead of doing something so extreme, why not plan your meals ahead of time? Lean chicken, turkey, pork loin, beef and tuna for protein. Eat lots of salad (but be careful with the dressing, vinegar is your friend)- eat lots of veggies and some fruits when you need something sweet. Document EVERYTHING. If you want to supplement your protein, look at whey for pre and post workout and casein for a nightcap or if you will be going for a long stretch without eating. Keep an eye on your calories and you will be rewarded.

I use a vegetable based protein mix that I add to berry smoothies for breakfast. It is Sun Warrior Chocolate flavoured. It is low in sugar too. It doesn't taste that great but it improves with berries. It gives me energy that lasts too.

The last couple of weeks I switched to a combination of two protein powders, one is a hemp protein in vanilla spice and the other is a vanilla rice protein. Seems to be working well and tasting better.
