PB2 is great!!! It's only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons. It is peanut with 85 percent of the fat removed. It comes in powder form. You just add a little water to it. It's very portable. Spaghetti squash is a great substitute for rice and pasta.

Yep. Mine went from a 38EE to a 34B barely. I wish they were bigger too, but that's what Victoria Secret's bras are for.

I eat Healthy life breads. They taste good and are low in carbs. I switch out bread carbs and calories for ice cream. I eat Turkey Hill lite ice creams for lunch and dinner.
