Everyone here is making this MUCH more complicated than it needs to be. If you're deadlifting 95lbs put your 25s on each side of the bar. Stack a couple plates under each one; problem solved.

Very low carbs and calories. I have two cups every morning with 2 scoops of whey protein. Add a banana to the blender on work out days. Makes an excellent and filling breakfast. Amazing in coffee also.
