I've been following Atkins and have lost 10lbs in the past 2-3 weeks. Eating low fat just didn't work for me and since I've been frying my food in butter and eating bacon, eggs etc its been falling off!! Some would look at my daily food intake and scream in horror but hey it works for me!

when I was doing Slimming World they had a fab recipie for quich - cant remember it exactly sorry but now ive remembered how yummy it was i will find out and get back to you - from what I can remember you mix cottage cheese with eggs add in your mushrooms/peppers or whatever you fancy and bake in the oven

if 6 fish cakes serves 2 then each serving is x3 fish cakes surely? Hard to say without seeing the ingredients and amounts in the recipe tho soz - adding up individually as you did does seem a good counter check tho

I've stuck to the same amount of calories in recent week (1500) but ditched high carb foods - no bread, potatoes, rice or pasta has passed my lips in 3 weeks and I've suddenly gone from maintaining to shedding 8lbs so I would DEF recommend low carb all the way!

im addicted to Oats so Simple pots - ready in 2 mins, 214 cals and some wicked flavours. Tastes really sweet and naught but its not - genius! So handy too I get into work at 7am log in and enjoy my brekkie while sorting through my emails yummy!!

its wine rather than beer for me but I save a few hundred cals for each day during the week so I can enjoy a few glasses at the weekend - it balances itself out over a 7 day period x
