Hydration is a big plus to them! I drink tea literally all day long at work.. as in, I'll have 4 cups of green (usually blueberry or pomegranate green) in the morning and then a Celestial Seasonings tea in the afternoon. Raspberry zinger is my fav!! it's like drinking raspberry juice! I don't sweeten them either.

fantastic!!!! that just goes to show how much it really does help to be strong, fit and it shape pre-baby!!!! ..that's actually one of the big reasons why i'm trying so hard to get super strong and fit now as hubby and i want to start trying soon. :)

I usually put in one before and one after. If I'm feeling too tired after work, then I rest. It's nice doing my main workout first thing in the morning just for that reason. i won't feel guilty after work if i'm too tired because I've already worked out once in the day! :)

you'll get another recommendation for the couch-to-5k program from me!! :) i did it 2 years ago and had crazy-awesome success with it!! ie. did my first 5K at the end of the 9 week program and only 4 weeks later, did my first 10K!! :) Good luck!

feel free to take a look through my diary for some ideas :)

You need to eat protein with your breakfast. Cereal alone just doesn't cut it! Try having a scrambled egg alongside your cereal and see if you notice a difference :)

ahhh!! i'm glad i'm not the only one!!! i can't stand Conda - such a brat and such a bad example for her little girl!!!

I love Lulu tops, but only own 2 because they're so $$$$$$ Old Navy as great tops and bottoms --- I have a few of their tanks and a pair of their compression shorts and love them all. Bras - i have a few older ones from La Senza that hold up well and just bought a Nike one at Winners that I love! I also got some compresson…

My husband LOVES bok choy... me not so much. BUT, I do try to cook with it often due to it's awesome nutritional value. One of the easiest ways to eat it is to throw it into a stirfry. You could also try this recipe that I created: Lemon Mushroom Chicken With Bok Choy -…

Wow. All of your comments are so overwhelming - in a GOOD way!! thank you all so much for the kind words. I am so glad that I am able to inspire some of you because dedication and hard work really does the trick!!! thank you everyone! :) I think I liked Ripped In 30 better if I had to chose. i really liked how she throws in the additional strength move to help make the 3min go by quickly. And having 4 levels rocked! During the 30DS, i found myself getting bored doing the same level for 10 days, so only having to do a level for 6…

maybe you're just trying the wrong protein??? i also used to LOATHE protein shakes... i blame the 6 weeks that i essentially had to live off it years ago when my jaw was wired shut.. (horse kicked me in the face lol) ANYWAY.. my hubby recently bought me Promacil in chocolate to try as per the recommendations from the staff…

i weigh myself every monday :)

i started with 3lb weights for the first 5 days of each level, and then moved up to 5lb weights for the other 5 days of each level

i had to stop exercising due to suddenly coming down with an autoimmune disorder (chronic hives) and continued to eat the same big portions... being on steroids due to said disorder didn't help me either

Oatmeal for sure!!! My trick to make it quicker and easier.. Every Sunday night, I make a MASSIVE pot of steel cut oats. It has actually turned into my hubby's job while I make supper and prep the veggie sticks for the week. Our recipe: 4 cups of water 4 cups of milk *bring to a boil and then turn the heat to med-low and…

I would start the first few days using 3lb weights and then gradually increase to 5lbs. For the 30DS I did each level for 10 days, so on average I would use 3lbs for the first 5 days and 5lbs for the last 5 days. With Ripped, I'm only doing each level for 6 days since there are 4 levels. I've consistantly done the first 2…

i also logged it as circuit training. :)

Fantastic job!!! :)

I did the 30DS first and started Ripped immediately after - as in, the next day. Doing the 30DS first REALLY REALLY helped make Ripped easier. i'm not in anyway saying that Ripped is easy, but i'm sure it would have been much much harder if I hadn't done the 30DS first. I just love the format of Ripped though and love how…

I actually only have 2 days left and then i'm done!!! Good luck ladies!!! rock it out!! :)

My absolute favourite is Promasil in Milk Chocolate. http://www.rivalus.net/products/promasil/ --- tastes just like a nice big glass of chocolate milk! mmm We would stick to having only Promasil, but unfortunately it's a little pricey. So we also buy the Optimum Nutrition brand. My hubby loves the vanilla, but i'm not a…
