GNC womens ( I like that it has a lot of iron), Vitamin D, and fish oil capsules on days I dont eat salmon, also usually take a cold fx once a wek for prevention. I feel like the vitamins make a difference, its difficult to reach my RDV for iron without it.

It depends on height and muscle mass. I'm 5'6 and when I weighed 190 I was a 14, I'm a 10 at 165, and at 140 I'm a 6.

It would be impossible to eat enough veggies to get fat, they are too filling! I challenge anyone to gain weight by eating 1800 cals of veggies! And digesting and chewing something like celery is unlikely to result in a postive number of net calories.

I'm going to have a cheat meal after my first month. Indian food with lots of naan bread, followed by a cupcake with lots of icing!

I'm strict about only once a week. It pretty much guarantees I will always see a lower number. Any more than that and it gets too stressfull!

You should recover after strength training, but generally its ok to do cardio every day.

I Can relate! Half the fun of going to the cinema is the snacking! Now when I go I try to eat less popcorn and make sure you exercise before or after. But on this plan I am definately going to the cinema less, too much tempation!
