I dont care what any experts say...I need/love/want some extra fat percentage on my girlfriend to fill out the front and back lol :P just exercise and try and make better food choices and look in the mirror. forget the scales and fat calipers...theyre only good for monitoring you diet, not for monitoring your happiness.

not trying to be negative...but just an FYI....guys always seem to do this...but if you cant see your abs...your over 16% body fat....unless the only place you store in your mid section...its possible you have lots of water retention...but lol...id say get hooked up to some electrodes....not the paddle kind...like the 4+…

last time i did it it was 14% but ive since gone down...id say 12% maybe....i don't wanna say lower than that cause i store a bit of chub in my *kitten* lower back even though my stomach is leaner....i was 24% body fat in my before pictures. thats my "natural" body fat percentage if i don't exercise and eat better.

hmm...i thought it was because you had capitols IMG but that didnt work...you need to change IMG to img always....theres obviously something else....album set to private??? i did that on here before and it wouldnt display the pics.

this sit will get obese people down to a healthy weight...but as for getting fit people fitter...onyl if your using it knowing your numbers and using it to watch those numbers. cause it really was designed for the obese and over weight...keep that in mind.

this is what i mean...EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT! metabolism!....1200-1800 cal per day is typically what works for most women in weight lose...your gonna have to try eating more or try eating less and weigh in each week...thats the only way to know...no one can tell you what will work for you...you have to try it.

i got my info on finding your my maintenance for a week then dividing it by 7 to figure out what i need to gain or loose from Dorian Yates years ago....amazing bodybuilder...not that i want to be that big lol

the 500 comes from the 3500 to gain or loose a poud a week (3500 divided by 7 = 500)

lol the 500 calorie deficit meaning approx 500 (upto 20% like i said, usually around 500) under maintenance to loose wight and 500 over to gain...but if you burn more...thats not maintenance...thats over and above what you body needs to run its organs and do its day to day...there is a difference...don't worry your good :)

Lol yeap it's true...but the close that fit smaller people are usually nicer...the fashion industry isn't kind lol...I went from a 44 pant size to a 36 and a xxxl shirt to xl nice and tight lol I had to replace everything but spending money never felt so good lol
