This is exactly my point. That just because we burn said amount of calories from standing doesn't mean we should count those calories burned, or eat them back. This was exactly my point, perhaps I stated it a little losely but however, this is what I was trying to get at lol.

Yes I do understand that! I'm more saying that I don't know if I really believe that you can burn a significant amount of calories by standing. My job requires me to stand for 6-8 hours a day but I don't think I'd log that I burned 300-500 calories each day from standing at my job.

I pay 26 dollars a month on a gym membership and I look at it as even if I put together that 26 or even 40 dollars a month for twelve months I still won't have enough money to buy everything the gym offers me.

I've seen this same diet and it wasn't called the GM diet. But I know two girls who did this and claim they lost around 10-15 pounds doing so.

HECK NO!!! Eat dinner, keep it small and clean and healthy. You shouldn't really skip a meal especially if your body is telling you your hungry. I am trying to keep my protien higher but I don't think so high to as where I need protien suppliments but they are very helpful. I'm just trying to slim down and tone up. lol.

I am only 4'9 and according to the BMI I should weight between 88 and 111 and I feel that is WAY TOO LOW for me. I have a larger bon structure and I have been at my goal weight before of 125 pounds and LOVED it so I am aiming to get back to that weight. :)
