Same for me!! I'm not concerned with how many calories and what a person is doing to lose weight, what works for them is not going to work for me. Do what works for you!

I too am only 5ft tall and I don't have my settings set to lose 2lbs a week and it is still recommended for me to consume 1200 calories a day. Diagnosed 9 years ago. I also suffer severe migraines and have for as long as I can remember. I prefer my water at room temperature. I have 64oz water bottle that sits on my desk, I find it easier to drink the water if I can see how much I've consumed.

I did the color me rad last month, my shoes (which are my favorite) came clean so did my husbands and son's. We were covered head to toe in color and all came out with the exception of light pink color on my socks and t shirt. I washed my husband and my son's twice and they look like new! It's a ton of fun!

Oikos is my favorite but I like both. Oikos is sweeter and Chobani not as much. If you are getting Oikos with fruit on the bottom most have 120-130 calories where the Chobani has 160 for the fruit. Sauté chicken in skillet until done, add Franks hot sauce cook until warm. Eat on a low carb tortilla ( I use Ole High Fiber Low Carb) You can add a little blue cheese crumbles ( I use Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Ranch dressing) Veggies of your liking Very quick and low in calories

I am 5'1 and mfp set my calories to 1200, I lost at first but being so close to my goal it's so much harder to lose and I reached a plateau after several months. I recently upped mine to 1300 to see how that goes. I eat plenty of food and have more energy now than I ever did eating 2000 plus calories of junk!
