I plan most my meals out prior to the day start on this. If I want something and I know I will go over I set a 45 minute workout to earn those extra calories. If I go over by accident... and I am aware of it before the end of the day, a workout,,, can sometimes take out 500 calories you went over. Don't know who else does…

the fat content in that is just wow... I mean it looks so yummy but too easy to sneak another ,,, I generaly as a rule of thumb try to limit my snacks to under 10 grams of fat.. 18 is too dangerous when something like that YOU know tastes like heaven.

Keep at it. I felt that way with my gazzle too very second day but I went out got some non stinky doesnt heat up version of A535 and put that on my legs and felt 100 percent better.

I love the list but like everyone else I like the non branded one. I have to say I just cant hack soya milk or almond milk , its disgusting! I love skim milk !
