  • my moment was when i realised my size 14 trousers were getting too tight to wear. i refused to buy a size 16 as i've never been a size 16 in trousers before. my sister introduced me to this website and i've never looked back. :P
  • heya i'm exaclty the same, after a weekend of bingeing on junk i feel so guilty but then i just forget about that day and start again tha next day. just start again the next day and think if i don't lose weight this week so what i'll lose a pound of so the week after. good luck
  • hey i'm a newbie too. i totally agree i've only been doing this a week or so and i really find that tracking everything you eat really helps. could'nt believe how many calories i was eating untill i joined up. fingers crossed the pounds start dropping off :P
