Hi there!
I'm based in Dublin Ireland and I started using MFP last week - I think its absolutely brilliant.
I'm getting married in December and really want to shift some weight before then. I previously last about 2 stone with WW but dont really like going anymore so I think this is great for keeping me focused on what I'm eating. I have the app on my phone too so no excuse not to track!

hey there iove this site it will def get you to where u wanna be. I find its all just eatin what you want in moderation well to a point, its helped me to become abit more healthy in what i eat and as long as ya keepin to ya calorie goals everyday ull do great. I tend to go over my calorie goal on a saturday but still lose weight i love it. I find it easier to do exercise then i know i can eat a bit more. Good luck0
