This is on their website in the FAQ's. Where should the Armband be worn? The Armband should always be worn high on the triceps area of the left arm, with the sensors touching the skin, with the logo on top, closer to the shoulder. Can I wear the Armband on my right arm? I had issues with wearing the bodymedia on my left arm. I have some sort of tennis elbow-like issue and it irritated my arm after awhile, making it ache. :( I read that you *had* to wear it on that arm as thats what its calibrated for ....otherwise i thought it was great..wish it didn't bug me!

That's sorta what I had read, but wasn't sure if there was something I could do to help prevent it before hand. It makes me grumpy! :) I don't feel like i'm over doing it! .. but maybe I am. The machine does tend to indicate I should slow down often. Thanks!

I started yesterday .. level 1. My calves are a bit tight and aching today too ..(seen someone mention their calves as well). It seems to be a great workout though, hitting so many spots in the intervals.. good stuff! I am trying to get up energy to do my day 2 tonight!

I have made lower calorie cupcakes using greek yogurt. I have also made greek yogurt biscuits that were rather good along with dinner and low calorie. Umm. I have this as well. I really like the boxing portions for some reason. I haven't used it much, but I am thinking about trying to use it once again soon. Make use of that Kinect sensor. I have never tried the dance games. I am not much of a dancer lol, but it seems fun . I read an article where the game that comes with it…
