Hi!!! I had one cycle (successful thankfully) and I didn't have any weight gain at all. Now the pregnancy...thats another story. lol Good luck!!

OMG I did years ago and the food is NASTY. You will definitely lose weight but once your off it you will gain it right back. It's not the way to go. None of those prepackaged meal plans are. At some point you have to go off and it's not teaching you to eat correctly.

I'm in Leahs friends group and have that goal. At 111 ish now depending on what the scale decides to do that day. lol Would love to be 105. I've been at 100 before and couldn't make it stick. O and I'm 5 ft. Add me!! :)

What about protein bars or fiber bars or a can of soup? I think they usually have a section with microwaveable food. It's not the best option but should get you through it.

KFC Grilled chicken. Is that on your way? For sides get green beans and corn and tell them to keep the bread.

Sorry babe...there is nothing you can do about them. I have researched and researched this and there are a lot of myths (cocoa butter) but ultimately these are scars in your skin and they will not go away. There is one kind that can fade. I forget if it's the light ones or dark ones but they will not go away. I wish.

AJ...isn't the exhaustion test completely seperate than the last days set? I think it's like the one that we took to start this whole process? I'm assuming anyway so the test needs to happen either Sat or Sun. Could be completely wrong about this btw. Thoughts?

You know I don't know if it would take less time with one. I think in a crock pot it doesn't matter if you have 1 or 4 but I could be wrong. For today chuck it in the oven.

4 hours on high...6 to 8 hours on low. That's the general rule for chicken from what I understand. I did the same thing today but hubby put it in around 10 am for dinner.
