I go to the gym so I can eat pretty much what I want. On days I dont' go to the gym, I ride my bike. Love my bike. I've been riding my bike for over a year. I joined the gym in Oct 2012. I love doing either one. It's part of my life now.

I need to lose an additional 51 pounds. I log in everyday and exercise regularly. I plan to be at goal this time next year. Add me if you keep an open diary.

I seem to be sensitive in the GI track. Upon eating wheat, tummy swells up, uncomfort gas pains, irregular bm. It sucks it you accidentially get glutened. I don't miss the wheat, I do miss beer. sigh.

I had to go GF in May 2011, at first I did gain a few pounds because I was clinging to GF pretzels, donuts, breads etc. I felt I needed to replace what I was use to having in my old diet. I got the Fitbit Zip this Christmas, (thanks Santa) and it is totally easy to wear, clipped to bra. I have only been using it for 2 days and I have no idea what's its doing, I have it synced to MFP and so far it has not adjusted anything. as they said, you can't out exercise a bad diet, eat less, move more. I've been at it for almost a year.

you have given me hope, my starting weight was heavier but my goal weight is 140. if I can get there and have those arms and legs, oh mama. you look fabulous and I know how hard you had to work to get there. don't look back and keep up the great job and enjoy that new bod.

I donated to Goodwill as soon as it doesn't service me any longer, I kept one pair of pants and one shirt (on one hanger in the back) so I can put on when I get to my goal weight.
