Phase One Complete!

I don't see a huge difference, but I DO see one and I have worked very hard! I just finished phase one of New Rules of Lifting for Women today. First pictures are from 1/15/13 (236.2 pounds) and seconds are from today (230.6 pounds). I am proud of my abilities so far ( I can deadlift 150 pounds for 3 sets of 8) and can't wait to move on and see more results!

Impressive especially about the 150lb deadlifts! Frig I am only able to handle 50lbs 5 times for 5 sets.0

Thanks all! I love the program- it is challenging and sometimes I really don't want to go to the gym but I'm happy every time I do. I have gone from a size 20 to an 18 and an xxl shirt to an xl. My butt is also firmer, less dimply and a little higher! I am really enjoying getting stronger and more toned. My body feels firmer and more shapely. 6 more phases to go and then on to 30 day shred!0
