You should have no problem. All you gotta do is call and ask if he can come over. Would work for me.

I seriously hope all of this is a joke to the OP. Otherwise, I would hate to think what all of you have been putting in his head. As a joke, all of this is cool. As a serious situation, this is all so screwed up........ Some of you have such sickness in your heads. I shudder to think what you all might do without a…

Looking good! Great job!

Yep. Don't give up. You can do it. Hope you are also starting to add some exercise in with what you are doing. Just keep up the good work and you will see the weight start to magically disappear.

The only recommendations I would make in your diet are that you don't eat so much salad. It really is not filling which probably encourages you to snack more. Add more whole grains, lean proteins (even beef), and fiber into your diet. These things have a more filling effect which encourages you to eat less in the long run…

You will have many ups and downs throughout your weight loss journey so don't get discouraged. You may not always see progress on the scale but in those times it is the NSV's (non scale victories) that you count on such as fitting into smaller clothes or looking better in your clothes. As for the high fat foods, I have…

Your accomplishments are incredible and you look great. Congrats on all the hard work and what you have done. I really don't think it will matter which suit you choose as you will probably rock them all but i like the white one.

Ok, I just went to runnersworld.com and tried a few fit tests it says you can do at home and find that I have a low arch, am probably an underpronator with a forefoot to midfoot strike. They recommended the shoes I just ordered (the Mizuno Wave Creation's) so hopefully these will work. They should be at my door by…

Thanks for the great tips. I never knew about running shoe stores or about fit testing but have found several stores here in the Middle Georgia area I plan to check out tomorrow. One other question though... if I go to one of these stores how much should I expect to pay for a shoe that they have determined will fit my…

Thank you so far. I will continue to work on this and see how much I can improve. I usually wait until I am into my workout a bit before trying pull ups so I think I will jump right to pull ups first after warmup.
-
Ok, now does anyone know any good running shoe stores in Georgia or national chain that can do this?
-
Ok, so how do I find out about this neutral foot mid foot strike thing? How do I know what foot & foot strike I have?

What kind of strength training program have you followed? What types of food have you eaten? How often are you working out and for how long each time? Are you doing any cardio?
-
I personally don't understand when people log anything other than exercise (ie: jogging, running, strength training, aerobics, dancing, swimming, etc). I feel that cooking, cleaning, yard work, regular work are things I used to always do when I was heavier anyways & didn't seem to help me to lose any weight so I can't…

I typically do 20 min of cardio on my strength training days as a good overall warmup & then a full hour of cardio 2 days a week when not strength training. One day a week I do nothing. Everybody needs a rest day for recovery.

Love this one!! Awesome!!!

I will have to go with what she says above anyone else here as it appears to me she knows her stuff.

Umm, let's see.....bomb pops (40 cal each), PB&J (300 cal), Nature Valley granola thins (80-90 cal each depending on which one), Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom ice cream bars (90 cal each), Mayfield Orange cream pops (90 cal each), yogurt (80-100 cal depending on brand), applesauce (90 cal), fresh fruit (usually less than 100…

All I can say is that why do people on this site look into other peoples' food and exercise diaries? What is the point of that.It seems kind of nosy to me. Anybody that does this snooping has no right to be pissed about what they find. It has little to no bearing on the person doing the snooping. I don't think that if I…

For once Tiger I will have to agree with you

If it gets my point across, yes.

Are you sure I shouldn't? Might be just the thing they need.

Furthermore Tiger, not one of the articles she listed as a reference ever touched on the fact of water as a diuretic or even suggested that water was a diuretic. Since you are so sure that it is a diuretic though I will make sure to tell my next congestive heart failure patient with 4 plus pitting edema in her lower…

OK Tiger, you do know that the person writing the article you listed as a reference has very little practical experience nor the proper education to write such an article. Water will indeed cause you to urinate more if you have healthy kidneys or a healthy heart but even then I doubt it will pull excess water from your…
