Height: 5'3" Weight: around 100 lbs? (I haven't weighed myself very recently, lol) Waist: 25" Hips: 32"

I'm 5'3" and hovering around 100 lb, but I have almost no muscle tone! So I'm looking to maintain and get some muscle. I'm cool with gaining 5 or 10 lbs as long as it's muscle weight, lol. I'm going to start doing yoga and some ballet exercises at home. I have to WORK MY WAY UP to a beginning ballet class because last time…

I have Mirena and have had no side effects. It's supposed to be one of the most effective birth control methods out there and it prevents pregnancy for 5 years.

Tofu's probably your best bet for protein since it's low in calories and high in protein. Here's a recipe of my own creation (which I really like ^___^). It's one serving, so if half a block of tofu doesn't sound filling to you you up, I would just double the recipe. That's what I do sometimes. Spicy Orange Tofu 1 orange,…

I'm skinny fat! I guess I'm just not toned enough. I need to get motivated to go back to the gym again. I need to get me some muscles. 5'3" current weight: 104 lbs goal: 95 lbs

I'll try frying it in higher heat and see how that goes. Thanks guys. :)
-
I dunno. I must be doing something wrong. It tends to come out more chewy than crispy after I fry it. I use a fry pan and fry it with medium-low heat.

LOL. I would just land on the floor and go back to sleep. Try setting your alarm clock a bit earlier (like 10 minutes or so) every few days to ease into your new sleep schedule. Your body's probably too used to your current sleeping habits. It should make the transition a little easier. That's what worked for me, anyway. :)

I kind of thought the quantity of food was implied given the subject matter. Yes, they eat a lot. They even brag all the time that they can eat more than their friends do and not gain any weight.
-
Nope. I've live with both of them. They live off fast food, lasagne, chicken nuggets, pizza, frappuccinos, and soda. And they put ranch on pretty much everything. If I started eating all my meals with them, I would absolutely gain weight. I can't think of a time I ever saw them eat anything healthy. His girlfriend won't…

Everybody's different. Some people just have a faster metabolism. My brother and his girlfriend eat whatever they want and never gain an ounce. He's 5'9", 120 lbs, and his girlfriend is 5'3" and 94 lbs.
-
WOW. F**K that guy. Seriously, that's freakin' horrible. I hope you're doing okay. :(

What happened?

I don't count calories, but if I had to guesstimate, I'd say I eat anywhere from 1000 to 1500 calories on an average day, give or take. Pretty much everyday is a sedentary day for me, but I'm probably going to join a gym very soon. I imagine, to maintain, I would have to eat back all my exercise calories, no? I'm 5'3" and…

What would you be thinking about? Loved ones? Pfft!
-
I think maybe orange tofu from Pick Up Stix.
-
My dad's the only person who accuses me of starving myself and being "too skinny", but I'm pretty sure it's because he's mad he can't tease me about my weight and make me feel bad about myself anymore.
-
Avocados supposed to be packed with good fats and, of course, tofu is a great source of protein.
-
You're at my goal weight! Only I'm allowed to be there! *shakes fist*
-
Maybe I just need to find more interesting books.
-
Don't sweat the small stuff. At most, you set yourself back 1 lb. That's nothing. Don't let 1 lb derail you. And don't let what the scale says tomorrow worry you. The day after a binge, most of the gain you see on the scale is food weight, not fat.

Cool uncle beats good parent in my book.

These are good ideas.

My house is made of books, a TV and a computer, thank you very much! >__<

Great, now I'm bored and depressed. *sigh*

I did nothing today. Whoops! Spent the day with my brother and didn't really accomplish anything other than laundry. :I

Me! But I'm a slacker. (collegewise)

That my longest relationship lasted a month. :P

I like this. I'm going to post here later on. Right now it's 8:43 AM where I am and I've done nothing. >_>

Wait, scratch the same bmi thing. I used an online calculator to check your bmi and when I input my height and goal weight, and hit the calculate button the number didn't change. I guess the button decided not to work (I just double checked it). Guess they're not the same after all. My bad. >.>
