Okay, so i have calculated al my calories including what i will be having for dinner and I am way under what i am supposed to have/need. But, I am not hungry at all!! Do i eat something because of being so far under, or do i not worry about it?

Man, i would be no help in this area seeing how i have only been eating bout 80 calories for breakfast and it takes me alot to eat that, but it makes sense to think that if i might eat a lil bigger breakfast i wouldn't be hungry later on.

So i have been working out for 3 weeks now and today i was able to work out for 45 min. which was 4 miles on a bike and 1 mile walking, with slant on tred mill. 3 weeks ago i could hadly walk a mile and i was only able to bike about 2!!! Not anything huge but just a step closer to getting healthy.
