Just find one that you are interested in and start replying to them and ask to join. I am in 2 of them right now. The biggest loser and the Sixers challenge. The Sixers one we will be restarting next week so that would be a great one to join in right now. That one we go for 6 weeks hence the name. Not sure what the next name will be right now its Sixers Love Yourself Challenge ( for valentines day).
