I typically just have a granola bar or something a couple of hours before running. I'm in college and run after classes so I don't really have time for a real meal until after I do my run.

Sounds like overpronation. I tend to overpronate on my right foot only(what the heck?) and it also occasionally gives me pain, and wears down the side of my shoe! On the app it shows the route I take and colors it according to speed. When I look at it the red(slowest) parts looks to be within most of my running intervals, probably the last bits of it. Again, I would always start fast and end up slugging along by the end of the interval so I do think I really was that slow lol! Also…
