Wow that's great! I started off at 100Kg and so far i've lost 10Kg (20lbs). I feel it may take some time (about 2 yrs) for me to reach my target weight but i feel you've motivated me and given me hope. Hope you enjoy your new self! :D

Yeah I truly advice this! in 3 months, I've lost 1.5 inches and only 1KG... if i focused on my weight a lot, I'd be pretty discouraged.

Running outside burns more due to adjusting your posture to the terrain, pushing your own body weight and avoiding obstacles.
