I happen to be hypothyroid and cardio with healthy diet - regulating caloric intake - works wonderfully for me. I run - a lot right now as I am training for a half marathon; but I also do spinning, elliptical, circuit training, calesthenics...etc. I think that you can't make a blanket statement like that and be at all…

Have a neo/black lab mix - 109 lbs - used to have a full blood neo, but he died from cancer :( - but he was not nearly as big as yours; he topped out at 125 lbs. Also have a mutt who was originally tagged as a sheperd mix - she's full grown and barely 25 lbs, so no clue what she's mixed with. She looks like a miniature…

I think it's probably a part of everyone's weight loss goals...to be smokin' hot. Otherwise - why do we show before and after pictures as opposed to before and after health reports...there a plenty of unhealthy "skinny" people. Having said that though - health is a huge issue for me as well since I witnessed my mother have…

111 when I left work yesterday...ridiculous
-
Honestly - you don't look like you need to lose anything...you may want to aim at toning instead of trying to lose. But seriously, you look great

Sounds DELISH...- printing recipe and taking with me. YUM

LOVE IT

I have two - Athena Tiger Lily - my daughter named her and Luke (yes from Star Wars)...like many others - they are also rescues

I'm 5'6" and have gotten down to 132 before - looked sickly on my frame - I was also not eating right but exercising a lot at the time - was a very stressful time in my life. I'm at 145 currently and am pretty happy where I'm at. I had gotten up to 167 and was incredible unhappy. I will try to post pics. You can always…

no, i do not. just a personal choice. i'm married and think it a poor choice to "friend" men on any social network that my husband does not know.

Me Too!!!

My advice would be to NOT deprive yourself. Cleaning burns calories...I read that your babies are asleep so you can't go anywhere...but it's another option. Or drink a large glass of water...walk away from the kitchen and busy yourself with something...the craving may then pass

HA HA HA awesome - also one of my NSVs...

Way to go - it always makes my day when the scale is down a bit.

Absolutely amazing. You are to be comended. Way to stick with it. You look wonderful and your attitude is fabulous.

GOOD LORD - me too...

5'6" - currently at 145.6. I carry a bit of muscle so people tell me I look like I weigh less than I actually do...I don't know though... Trying to get down to 140, but am not unhappy with where I'm at

Milli Vanilli - I know they didn't sing it...but I do like "their" songs...i'm an 80s-90s child.
-
LOVE IT - I too eat mine back and have from the beginning of my "journey" and have steadily lost
-
Wonder Woman...of course!!!
-
I do both - mostly because I live where it is really hot and running outside just isn't practical in the middle of the day. I have read that both are very good for you - the fact that you are moving is the key. Outdoors you will get more wind resistance as well as whatever elevation changes - which will affect your effort…

GREAT ADVICE
-
Get yourself a strong and supportive sports bra that fits - they do come in different levels of support - if you're not comfortable wearing the tight fitting workout stuff - where it underneath something you feel more comfortable in.
-
That depends entirely on how you are set up. Eating back exercise calories depends on how you have your total intake for the day set. If you are set at sedentary (ie. desk job), and have your goal weight and how much per week you want to lose set, then that is saying for you to eat XX number of calories if you do nothing…
-
Sounds perfect - but just so you know, as you lose weight, your suggested total calorie intake will probably decrease once you get into the lower weight ranges closer to your goal. But, by then you will probably have totally figured out the balancing act.
-
Started out here to lose weight and track, but have come far enough and close enough to my goal that I am now training for my first half marathon in October.
