Never heard that before! I LOVE caffeine and the only negative thing I've noticed is that if I have too much (we're talking more than 4 cups of coffee per day) I feel shaky and wired!

Mmm, those Joe-Joe's are evil. I can't even buy them cause I'll eat the whole box! I love the Fage Fat-Free Greek Yogurt, the McCann's Steel-cut Irish Oats in the can, and of course the WINE! Three-buck Chuck baby!

LOL! Major lightbulb moment here... I'm not vegetarian, but am not the greatest cook, especially when it comes to things like steak and chicken. I'm always paranoid about cooking meat myself. Guess I need to learn how to do it! Boy, am I feeling kind of dumb right about now.

I've been on nuva ring for a year and though I initially gained about 5 lbs, that came off pretty easily once my body got used to it. It did make me really hungry the first few weeks.

I'm really interested in primal eating, but can't get past the fat. I bought full-fat cottage cheese at the store instead of my usual low-fat, and haven't been able to eat it (though I have no problem feeding it to my DS)! Plus, grass-fed, free-range meat is so super-expensive for my budget, and I freakin' love beans.

Well, I did good on water (been drinking 13 cups a day rather regularly) but only did 45 minutes of exercise. Win some, lose some! LOL Weighed in at 148 today! Yipee!

Something that helps me not eat after dinner is to drink hot herbal tea. I have a 40-oz thermos and make tea in that, so it stays hot all evening and I can just pour a cup whenever I'm tempted to munch. I love tea so I usually end up drinking the whole thing and feeling so full that I can't imagine eating anything before…

I did level 1 this morning. It's harder than I thought it would be, but I don't feel sore yet. I did have to take a couple of breathers but I think after a few days I'll be fine. Love that it's only 25 minutes! I wish I knew how many calories I burned.

Crown and Diet Coke with a lime wedge has always been my favorite! Not sure how many calories are in it though.

I have that same problem, too. The only way I can get around it is to just not keep it in the house. When my son wants ice cream, we go out for a cup or cone and I take a few bites and he eats the rest! I love ice cream.

Ugh... I haven't been doing the challenges because I've had the stomach flu for the past two days... :( Feeling a little better today though and will at least try to add some friends! The good news is that I have gone from 151 to 149 as a result of my illness. I'm eating crackers and drinking gatorade today...LOL.
