I just had to go to out for lunch forgot mine. Went to subway got a footlong tuna sub with cheese and all the fixins. Came back to work put it on a plate got rid of the bread and it was somewhere around 344 cals. and maybe 4 carbs. Also very filling..... even though i was really wanting a mcdouble lol

thanks everyone for the input I really really blew it today had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich first time i have cheated since I started guess I will just have to jump start my diet again tomorrow. Really upset with myself for blowing this. How long does it take to get myself back into ketosis? And no more atkins bars…

I have tried the atkins before but I limited myself quite a bit with just meat and cheese this time however I have been trying alot of recipes and its amazing how well this is working for me. Thanks printed out the entire booklet. The low carb pizza I have been eating has no crust its made with cream cheese and eggs and cheese, should i still stay away from it?
