Excellent progress! You are doing so well, it's a great feeling to be able to see all that hard work is paying off!

Anyone can add me, I'm new (again) and 2015 is going to be my year (and yours!) Will introduce myself shortly.

You ALL have done fabulously. I am restarting my journey again for the last time and your pictures are such an inspiration. Thank you!
-
YOu can do it TdaniT

Fantastic, keep at it and you'll be there in no time!

I'm a graduate! :drinker: Last day today, 19 April 2013, I feel knackered to be honest but elated. I may do week 9 for a couple more weeks to keep the structure of running 30 minutes regularly but then plan to move onto Bridge to 10k and try to build up my speed.

Lifesaver! Thank you Jaz, I get it now!
-
 it's brilliant

Thank you :) When I say "faster" I mean for me. That's not saying much

I have Nike Junior Lunarglide 3 and they are heavenly. My feet are size 5UK (7US/38EU) and as they're kid size they are cheap :)

-
Fantastic job, well done! I finished W6D3 today so will cheer you along :)
-
That's a massive change! Very well done to you!
-
Starting it it the hardest part! So you have done brilliantly. Congrats on your success so far, keep at it :)

Yep, water, and slooooooooooooooooow down. The elation at running 20 minutes will make your anxieties beforehand a distant memory. I literally did W5D3 yesterday and I can safely say without a doubt it was a mental challenge to do it. I'd put in the hard work to enaure I was fit enough to do it - just needed to convince my…

Wow fair play, I'm hoping to be there soon too. Well done :)
-
Great job guys, you can do this :)

The long-lasting good (smug!) feeling you get when you've completed another day is way better than the fleeting feeling of relief when you give up. Also, I read on here and it's like my mantra, "if you can run slower, you're running too fast." Slowing down always always helped me carry on. Good luck :)
-
Thanks everyone! Why IS the first 10 minutes the hardest? It's when I really really want to do it! Just one of Mother Nature's little jokes i guess!
-
UK here, anyone can add me :)
-
thanks Sandy, you can definitely do it, I shall be rooting for you!
-
Brilliant, thanks ladies. Can't wait for my book to arrive!

Me me, I want to be the hot one again. Always was and let myself go. NO MORE. Have started C25K, pilates, NHS strength & flex, have my NROL4W ordered, and am eating low carb (which works for me before anyone gets their knickers in a twist!) Only about 70lbs to go <gulp>
-
Hello all I have ordered my copy of NROL4W after being awed by the success stories on here. It should arrive mid-late next week and I plan to get cracking straight away. Up until very recently I was a fitness phobe but finally copped on and started C25K, Day 3 of Week 5 of which is tomorrow. I am also doing a pilates DVD…

Thank you :) I'm not sure what this friend thing is about but I'm hapy to add people/be added! Is it like Facebook? Have terrified myself by eating a breakfast that has left me with 104 calories for the rest of the day and it's only noon! Might get to break that shred open to earn my dinner! Stripes
