Well done on your achievement! I'm doing W7D3 tomorrow so hopefully I'll be there soon too!
-
I'm on W7 D2. Feel free to add me, I'm happy to give support as I have been exactly where you are but I'm getting there!
-
UK here, add me too! I am 1st 10lb down with another 5 or so stones to go.

This is 10 weeks progress (I don't have an 8-week picture as I take pictures and measurements the first Sunday of the month). It's not much but it's a start. Still got a loooong way to go, although I am pleased with my progress so far. I have never posted a picture before so this may or may not work.

This is so awesome. Well done you, you will do it!

I can so see a difference! Your face and belly especially, but if you have a hard time seeing any change in your body, just look at the difference in your beautiful tattoo on your back; the progress picture shows it looking much narrower. You're doing a great job. You got this!

Well done, you're looking fabulous!

I started with just walking outside for 30 mins to start with, building up to 60 mins. My go-to exercise though is rebounding (on the mini trampoline) so I began that as soon as I was within the weight limit for the rebounder. Paul Eugene's 30 min mini trampoline workout on YouTube is my first choice all the time (would be…

Thanks. It's definitely not chicken (that much I know). It's got the texture of extremely dense scrambled egg. But I don't think it's egg. Still, it's nice enough.

I usually have a couple of cups of salad with cheddar chunks and/slow cooker pulled meat (gammon is nice) with soy sauce; or cheddar and marmite or cheddar and jam or slow cooker meat sandwiches; or leftovers from yesterday's dinner if it microwaves well. My favourites are pasta bolognese or roast dinner with gravy. I make…

Did w2d3 today. There was a bloke walking the same direction as me on the other side of the road. I could see from the corner of my eye that there was no way I was going to overtake him even though I was jogging :D no danger of my going too fast at the moment!

I LOVE Paul Eugene with a passion. His YouTube videos are the only thing that have got me off my butt and moving about. He is inspirational, over 60 and a cancer survivor. I think some of his videos are somewhat religious in tone which isn't really my thing, but he isn't preachy in any event, and the bouncy ones don't have…

At the moment I am doing: Rebounding for an hour daily C25k every other day Body By You bodyweight training every other day 30 mins extra rebounding on non-c25k days Walk 40 mins every Sunday (to my mum's and back for Sunday dinner :) ) I am still a beginner as you can see. when I start at the gym at the end of this month…

Wow! What a great job! Well done :)

Just starting for the 2nd time. I completed the NHS programme a couple of years ago but lacked discipline hence I find myself 100 lbs overweight and starting again from week 1. I did day 1 on Friday, about to do day 2 in a few minutes. I feel amazing after which motivates me to do it. Enjoy, everyone, and add me if you…

Well done, that's great!
-
I put soy sauce on my salad instead of mayo.

I ran (ran!) with my little nephew up and down the garden and didn't get knackered or out of breath. Summer will be so much fun if i keep this up!
-
Hiya, South West here. I have 6-7 stones to lose. 12lb down, 4 weeks in. Do add me if you like ☺

Good point about the kegels...better than nothing! Both good suggestions, thanks!
-
Thanks StacyChrz. Yes, aiming for an hour and breaking it up if i don't have time sounds like a sensible aproach.
-
Thanks for the reply Cherimoose. I guess it's a bit of both...although probably more about endurance and being physically fit and healthy, but a reasonable calorie burn at the same time would be a nice bonus. I am trying to rely on a calorie deficit for weight loss, and exercise for fitness, health, & strength. Might have…

Brilliant post, so funny. Congratulations on your successes. You got this!

You look great and are correct that patience really helps on this journey. Well done!
-
That's awesome progress, you should be so proud of yourself. Very well done!

Fantastic job, what an achievement. Well done!
-
Woooooow! Well done that man!
-
Great work, you can do this!

34 here, and this time I am going to stick to it. I have lost 11lbs so far (still got about 90 to go...!) and lost a couple of inches off my belly & hips. Add me, we can do this together :)

You are such an inspiration, especially to me as our heights and starting weights are very similar. I begin lifting soon but doing Body By You at home for now to build some strength first. You look absolutely gorgeous and you must be so proud of yourself, jolly well done!
