What is "vhicken"?
I ordered a vhicken curry thinking it was chicken with a typo, but the container has vhicken written on it...it's a new one on me and it's very nice, but i don't know what it is. Some kind of vegetarian or vegan chicken substitute? Can anyone enlighten me?! Thanks

Discreet exercises for when you're standing/sitting around??
Hiya Are there any exercises that can be done whilst I'm waiting around, say waiting for my printing at work, but that isn't obvious to other people and that wouldn't make me look like a weirdo?? Even butt clenches are obvious...I just feel like "waiting around" time is a waste. Any ideas? Thanks

splitting exercise duration?
I wondered if anyone here can help. Say i like to exercise an hour per day. Would it be as effective to split that hour in two and do 30 minutes in the morning & 30 minutes in the afternoon as just doing an hour straight? Grateful for any advice, please. Thanks.

Hello all, I am back again which I believe is my 2nd possibly 3rd attempt at MFP. I Have much weight to lose and would like to be slim for my next wedding anniversary (November) which I hope is doable. I am totally inspired by the many success stories here and hope one day to add my own.

That's it! I have completed c25k much to my astonishment and legs ache but feel goooood. Plan to do w9 couple more times then attempt brideg to 10k. I'd like to be fster too but at the moment I'm just so happy to be reasonably fit and able to run 30 minutes without crying :laugh:

:blushing: Ladies I have my book for this but hve absolutely no idea where to start. I cannot make sense of the workouts. Am I missing the obvious page that says which exercises to do when? I have my photocopies of the blank training log, and am looking at the chart for Stage 1 Workout A and Workout B, but where it says…

Stupidly excited, W5D3 completed - first ever 20 mins!
I actually can't believe I ran for 20 minutes! It's a miracle! The first 10 minutes or so was really, really hard, but after that I kind of got into my stride and even found myself naturally picking up the pace. New to this - sample nutrition advice?
Hiya I've ordered my copy of NROL4W and expecting it to arrive next week. Currently low-carbing which I enjoy, but I guess for this lifting plan to be effective I need to follow their nutrition advice too right? What sort of food do they have you eating for optimum lifting success? cheers Stripes

MFP allows me 1200 a day and I haven't managed to stick to it yet, because I had no idea how high in calories the things I eat are! I guess it will take a short while to re-educate myself as to the values…
