That Piyo looks fantastic but I couldn't do it. I have severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hips and knees. I wish I could! It looks like something I would love. :(

First of all, I did express my own opinion in another post. Second, calling someone misogynistic because he asked if women minded being looked at is a pretty damn far stretch. Were some of his comments ignorant? Yes but I really don't think he was bashing women here. I think he was just sincerely asking a question.

Okay, I'm not the only one who is scratching their head at this. Oy

Wow, she's bitter eh? It is normal for men to look. It's called testosterone. Lighten up. Goodness..

To the OP's original question, looking is fine and yes it is flattering, to me anyway. Staring the entire length of the gym I run or making crude comments, not so much.

I don't even pay attention to the macros. In fact, I rarely log my food. I never say "you can't eat that ever! " that just sets me up for failure. I exercise, drink water and an occasional Coke, eat correct portions of whatever it is I'm eating whether it's pizza or salmon or a few bites of chocolate. I've lost over 100…

Also, a little background.. I am immunocompromised. I have 3 illnesses that are immune disorders. Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis and chronic Lyme Disease. All 3 are immune disorders. I was in the hospital for 2 days. My O2 sat was low and when it was back to normal and I got a bit better I was sent home with medication and bed rest. As far as the blood, it's only very, VERY little. I mean tinged in with the mucus. It's not like I'm coughing up gobs of blood.

Thank you everyone. I'm going to assume that is water retention and see what happens when I go off them. I think you are all right. If I recall correctly, everytime I go off them the weight did drop rather quickly. As far as the coughing blood goes, I'm still coughing it up but it is only a very little bit (tinged in the…

And thank you all. I haven't really noticed any changes in hunger though. That's the thing. I'm never hungry. I have to force myself to eat anything. It's like I retain water or something on it.
-
I fear I'm going back though because now in coughing up a little blood. I called my doc about the blood but he said it's only tinged so no worries yet
