    I think regrets are a must. Otherwise mistakes are destined to be repeated. I say embrace regrets as good.....The realization that we do not have to sacrifice being good for not being perfect

    I totally get what you're saying and this is entirely my own interpretation - but I don't like the concept of "regret" as in "I wish I hadn't done that, let me forever remind myself that I shouldn't have done that." Instead, I like the "Wow, I shouldn't have done that, but I did! How can I make sure I don't do that again?" To me, it just seems like regret isn't the right word for that? I guess? Rising intonation? I dunno. I'm rambling and it's 7:30 and still 97 degrees here. :laugh:
