I am a totally believer!!!! I even worked into swapping green tea for my coffee. Yeah, I probably drink 4-6 cups over the course of the day BUT when I skip I find myself so much hungrier.

Some kind of egg in that breakfast! Scrambled, omelets, hard boiled, or dip your bread in an egg for french toast! You need to swap out some of those carbs for some healthy protein, it will definitely keep you feeling full without a large spread of calories!

Red peppers are SO good for you too! Lots of vitamin C. I scoop up TONS of them when they are on sale in the summer/fall months, and then home roast and either can or freeze myself :bigsmile:

I totally agree. I will once or a twice a week review my friend lists. If I cant remember someone in the older section of my list I delete AND I attempt to comment on people who encourage me as often as I can.
