There are different types of compartment syndrome- acute compartment syndrome which is usually caused by a crush injury and chronic compartment syndrome which occurs during exercise. This is the type that I am talking about.

Thanks, I'll read through the article. Unfortunately I'm in the UK so seeing any kind of specialist won't be an option as I can't afford to do so privately, if I went to my GP he wouldn't even know what I was talking about. Ive seen them before about shin splints and just got ignored.

I can't tell you how many calories you should be eating each day but you need to eat back your exercise calories. Netting less than 1200 a day is not really a good idea.

Are you consuming 1.550 calories or 1,550 net calories? If you eat 1500, burn 500 and don't eat them back, you're only netting 1000 calories which will be too low.

It's probably just water weight, if you ate out it may have been high in sodium.

Im aneamic and bruise like a peach! Can get a bruise from the slightest little thing and they can last for weeks too. I do take iron tablets. ETA: I take the proper iron (Ferrous Sulphate) rather than a multi vitamin type iron tablet.

I have that apron flap thing all the way to my hips. And I haven't even had kids. I'm hoping with lots of protein, lots of water and lots of strength training it will go away.
